About Us

Who We are

We are a Pakistani extended family who came together to build Zoran as an online store where people like us—everyday shoppers across Pakistan—can buy quality goods at honest, competitive prices with complete confidence.

What started as conversations around our own family dinner tables about the hassle of online shopping turned into a shared mission to do e-commerce right.

Our Story

Zoran began with a simple frustration: shopping online in Pakistan too often means overpaying for ordinary products, waiting endlessly for delivery, or receiving something that looks nothing like the photos. We believed Pakistani families deserved a store they could genuinely trust. So we built Zoran around three core promises we actually keep: honest prices, verified quality, and reliable delivery to your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan.

What We Offer

From dependable umbrellas that survive real monsoon weather, to genuine leather wallets, to durable walking canes and trekking poles built for real support — every product in our store is chosen by hand. We don’t list anything we wouldn’t use ourselves. If it isn’t good enough for our own family members, it doesn’t go on our digital shelf.

Why Customers Choose Us

We know that buying online in Pakistan takes a leap of faith. That’s why we make it easy to reach a real person: message us on WhatsApp anytime, and you’ll talk to someone dedicated to helping you before and after you order. We offer Cash on Delivery so you only pay when your order is in your hands—as well as a discount when you pay in advance, passing our processing savings directly back to you.

Rooted in Lahore, Serving Pakistan

Zoran is based in Johar Town, Lahore. We’re a family business serving Pakistani households nationwide. When you order from us, you’re supporting a local team that genuinely cares whether you’re happy with what arrives at your door.
